This large training facility takes up several dozen acres of grassland just north of Westopolis. It also serves as the center of diplomacy for the world and acts as a backup headquarters should the central base ever be destroyed.

This gigantic downtown area--consisting mostly of two- and four-lane streets and skyscrapers--is the largest business district in the world. Many make the commute to this economic center every day. This area was also heavily damaged five years ago during the attack by Perfect Chaos, and some buildings are still under construction due to labor constraints.

This more low-key district follows the eastern shore of Westopolis, most of which is a single road that runs from Station Square all the way up to the Radical Highway exits on the far north end of the city. This is a popular place for pawn shops and specialty stores. Its restaurants also serve many of those commuting between their homes and downtown. Notable places include Scott's Gear shop and the nightclub Delino.
